The 18th annual series of Walks for Manorlands is being held on Saturday 28th September 2024 from Harden Cricket Club. There will be a choice of a 3,5,10 or 15 miles walks. Their purpose is to provide a friendly and enjoyable full or half day's walking and at the same time raise funds for the Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice. Dogs are welcome too!

A choice of four routes
All the walks start and finish from Harden Cricket Club by kind permission of the club. They also go through Bingley St Ives Estate. The most popular ones, particularly with families and older walkers, are the 3 and 5 mile walk. The other two walks are slightly more challenging and are perfect for more experienced walkers.

How does it work?
- You may begin any of the walks from 09.00 onward. The latest starting times are 10.00 for the 15 miles,12 noon for the 3, 5 and 10 miles walks.
- Entry to the walks is free, but a donation, or if preferred sponsorship will be very much appreciated
- It helps the organiser if walkers are able to let them know in advance that they are coming but do not worry if this is not possible, just turn up! Everybody is welcome.
- Drinks and home baking are available at the finish. If you are unable to actually take part in the walking, why not pop along to the Cricket Club, anytime between 11.00 and 15.30 for a tea/coffee and a cake. You will be very welcome.
