The annual Bingley Christmas Fayre is back! Now branded the Bingley Christmas Market and organised by Bingley Town Council, with the help of Northern Indie Collective, it’s a great day out packed with entertainment for all the family and we absolutely recommend it! Come and enjoy the fun on Sunday 22nd November 2026.
What's happening at the Christmas Market?
There will be indoor and outdoor activities from 10:00am until 5:00pm. As well as Santa’s Grotto, there will be FREE children’s fairground rides, festive crafts and seasonal activities throughout the day. Live music and performances are expected to add to the festive atmosphere, whilst within the Bingley Arts Centre visitors can enjoy card-making and bauble-decorating workshops.
A full outdoor Artisan Christmas Market including more than 40 stalls of quality street food, Christmas-themed stalls and more will be on the Town Square. And look out for the lights switch-on which will be at 4:30pm.
Bingley Town Council has invested in renewing and improving the Christmas lights in central Bingley, including on Main Street, Wellington Street and Chapel Lane. The Christmas Tree is also provided by the Town Council.

Price: Most of the children’s entertainment is FREE! Otherwise prices will vary at various craft and food stalls.
Public transport & car parks
All visitors to the Christmas Market are encouraged to use public transport. Bingley Railway Station is a stone’s throw away from the Town Square. Both bus routes, 662 The Shuttle and 60 Aireline, stop near Bingley Arts Centre. The closest car parks to the event are Queen Street and Wellington Street. Bingley Arts Centre car park will be closed on the day. Unfortunately, parking in Bingley is no longer free on Sundays, so expect to pay. Visit our page about travelling to Bingley to find out more.
Toilets & refreshments
There are public toilets near the event, located on Myrtle Place (by the Town Square) in the Bingley Town Council Hub.
There are many shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs in town, which will also serve delicious food and drinks.
