On 14th July 2019, Bingley Walkers are Welcome are participating in the Teddymania event organised by Friends of Prince of Wales Park. For the occasion our usual monthly Sunday walk will be a special family walk. We will take adults and children up to the Park via a pram friendly route.
A special family walk
Calling all families to join us on Sunday 14th July for a special pram friendly walk up to Prince of Wales Park! This linear walk will last about 1 hour and a half and will take us along the River Aire, Leeds and Liverpool Canal, the North Bog, Five Rise Locks, Beck Lane and finally arriving at the Park’s South Lodge Entrance just in time for Teddymania to start.

A great family event
Teddymania is a family friendly event with a teddy bear theme. There will be lots of themed activities for kids, music, ice cream, candy floss, Punch & Judy plus a bar and BBQ. All of this will be held in the arena of the Prince of Wales Park. £1 per person donation suggested to go towards The Friends of Prince of Wales Park fund.

How to access to Prince of Wales Park?
There is not a lot of car park spaces around Prince of Wales Park and we would highly recommend parking in one of Bingley town centre car parks and then walk up Park Road.
